Cuzco recibe al Presidente de la República

A newsreel from the 1940s documenting the visit of President Dr. José Luis Bustamante y Rivero to the imperial city of Cusco, accompanied by his wife, María Jesús Bustamante; the Minister of Education, Dr. Cristóbal de Losada y Puga; and the Minister of Agriculture, engineer Pedro Venturo Zapata. After delivering a speech at the prefecture, the president attends a military and school parade in which members of indigenous communities also participate.
