Fathers and Daughters

In 2015’s “Fathers and Daughters,” a Pulitzer-winning writer (played by Ian Holm) wrestles with the aftermath of a mental breakdown and the loss of his wife, his attempts at reconciliation with his estranged daughter (Charlotte Rampling) shadowed by a quarter-century of missed opportunities and mutual misunderstandings.
