Forgotten (2017) charts the unraveling of Jin-seok's world when his brother Yu-seok is abducted and returns with no memory of the ordeal. Jin-seok, burdened by schizophrenia, becomes ensnared in a vortex of confusion and paranoia as Yu-seok's amnesia casts a pall over their once-ordinary life. The film's claustrophobic tension escalates as Jin-seok, unable to glean any clues from the assailants or the mysterious vehicle involved, grapples with the reality that Yu-seok is now an enigma, a stranger in his own home.
