Heidi

Heidi, an eight-year-old Swiss orphan, is dispatched by her aunt to live with her reclusive grandfather in the Alps, only to be reclaimed shortly after and sent to Frankfurt to be a companion to the disabled Klara Sesemann. Unhappy in the opulence of the Sesemann household, Heidi clings to memories of her free-spirited mountain life, yearning for the rugged peaks and the embrace of her grandfather's solitude.
