“It's a wonderful afterlife.”
In "Just Like Heaven," David Abbott, a San Francisco transplant, finds his new apartment haunted by the ethereal Elizabeth Masterson, who materializes and dematerializes with eerie regularity. David, initially skeptical, comes to believe that Elizabeth is a ghost, while she stubbornly insists on her corporeal existence. Their spectral romance unfolds in a city of fog and secrets, where the line between life and death blurs as much as the boundaries of David's sanity.
