Look Trou GHT

The work began with a Super 8 film, and its projection was videotaped. The film shows a bicycle repeatedly moving from side to side. Holes were burned into the center of each frame. The holes are irregular, forming unpredictable shapes around their edges. When projected at normal speed, the image resembles the movement of living molecules. A shaky image of a highway seen in perspective is superimposed over the image of the bicycle and the burned holes.
