In the quietude of Kichijōji Station, Taku Morisaki spots a woman on the opposite platform, her presence a fleeting memory as the train pulls away. Later, her photograph tumbles from a shelf as he leaves his apartment, bound for Kōchi Prefecture. The image lingers in his hand, a silent reminder of their shared past. As Taku's plane ascends, his narration unravels a tale of youthful encounters and the tender, fragile bonds that form in adolescence.
