As Dr. Fletcher observes, a new, repressed identity threatens to emerge and overwhelm the others. When Kevin kidnaps three teenage girls, led by the perceptive Casey, the ensuing chaos exposes the fragile barriers between his fragmented selves, creating a perilous battle for dominance both within and around him.
