Two Tall Tales by the world's top story-tellers in one hilarious All-Cartoon Feature!

Walt Disney's "The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad" (1949) stitches together two animated tales with a wry, whimsical edge. The first, based on Kenneth Grahame’s "The Wind in the Willows," follows J. Thaddeus Toad, an eccentric aristocrat obsessed with the latest fashions, particularly motor vehicles, which leads him into dangerous escapades. His loyal friends—Mole, Rat, and Badger—must rescue him from his self-destructive folly. The second segment retells Washington Irving’s "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow," where Ichabod Crane, a naive schoolmaster, competes with the town bully, Brom Bones, for the affections of Katrina Van Tassel, setting off a series of eerie events in the mist-shrouded village.
