The Grudge

Sam Unger, an American nurse in Tokyo, stumbles upon a spectral curse that transforms victims into vengeful entities, their rage entombed within a haunted apartment. This malevolent force, passed on through contact, leaves a trail of torment and death, weaving a narrative of isolation and despair. Takashi Shimizu's adaptation of his Japanese horror film, "Ju-on: The Grudge," maintains a relentless, claustrophobic atmosphere, where each victim's suffering becomes the prelude to the next, creating a chain of inexplicable deaths and supernatural encounters.
