“They weren't born yesterday!”
The Visitors (1993) charts the anachronistic odyssey of Godefroy de Papincourt, a 12th-century Gallic knight, and his bumbling squire, Jacquouille la Fripouille, as they are inexplicably hurled into 1993. Bewildered by contemporary society, the pair wreak havoc, smashing cars and inciting mayhem. Their plight takes a curious turn when they encounter Beatrice de Montmirail, a distant descendant of the knight, who may hold the key to reversing the temporal anomaly.
