Best friends Alma and David are having their 9th birthday party when David tells Alma that he believes he saw a unicorn at church the Sunday before., They promise to look for the unicorn But as Alma and David Grow older, Alma begins to believe less in the things that started their friendship, All while David’s beliefs only grow stronger. While navigating their small conformed Texas town, they meet new people and try to hold together the relationship they have left, and end up discovering something much greater than any myth.
