Belicho Paenymion was a prominent noble of the Free City of Volantis and a member of its Old Blood, the descendants of the original Valyrian settlers. Like much of the Volantene nobility he was deeply involved in the slave trade, and he acted as a representative of Volantis among the slaver cities of Slaver's Bay.
He joined the delegation that negotiated with Tyrion Lannister and Varys at Meereen, and later demanded Daenerys Targaryen's surrender. When the slavers' assault failed and Daenerys turned the tables, Grey Worm executed him for attempting to save himself at his fellow masters' expense.
