The King's Landing rioter is a minor character in the second season of Game of Thrones, one of the smallfolk of the Crownlands caught up in the food riots that erupt in the capital.
During the unrest he accosts Sansa Stark, chasing her into a back alley and attempting to rape her before Sandor Clegane intervenes, lifting him bodily by the neck and disembowelling him. Sansa is later troubled by dreams of the attack.
