Leo is a smallfolk blacksmith from Tumbleton featured in House of the Dragon, HBO's Game of Thrones prequel set during the Targaryen civil war known as the Dance of the Dragons. He is the brother of Kat, wife of the dragonseed Ser Hugh Hammer.
When Ormund Hightower's army occupied Tumbleton, Leo's household was caught up in the violence. He was ultimately executed by Daeron Targaryen, and his body consumed by the dragon Tessarion.
