Malko is the captain of a slaving ship operating in Slaver's Bay and the Summer Sea. He appears in the fifth season of Game of Thrones, where his slavers capture Jorah Mormont and Tyrion Lannister after coming ashore to replenish their water supply.
Persuaded by Tyrion's wit and impressed by Jorah's reputation as a fighter, Malko agrees to take the pair to the fighting pits of Meereen. There he auctions Jorah to the Great Master Yezzan zo Qaggaz, exaggerating the knight's deeds to raise the price.
