Martha is a Northern girl from Winterfell and one of Varys's 'little birds' in HBO's Game of Thrones, working in kitchens while secretly spying for him.
In Season 8 she shelters in the crypts of Winterfell with Varys during the Battle of Winterfell, and later works in the kitchens at Dragonstone, where she reports that Daenerys Targaryen is refusing food, part of Varys's attempt to poison the queen.
