Mully was a Builder of the Night's Watch. Together with Black Jack Bulwer and Kegs, he visited the brothel in Mole's Town, where the group was killed when wildlings led by Tormund Giantsbane and Styr raided the village.
Mully appears in the fourth season of Game of Thrones. Behind the scenes, the character was named after Mulligan, an orange cat owned by author George R.R. Martin.
