Rafe is a character in the HBO series A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, a young girl who lived on the streets of Flea Bottom in King's Landing and was a close friend of Duncan the Tall. She survived by scavenging and stealing amid the aftermath of the Blackfyre Rebellion.
Rafe urged Dunk to flee the city for the Free Cities, insisting the two were each other's only family. After pickpocketing the gold cloak Alester, she was caught and killed by him, and her death left a lasting mark on Dunk.
