Ser Vance Corbray was a knight of House Corbray, a noble house of the Vale sworn to House Arryn of the Eyrie. He appeared in the fourth season of Game of Thrones.
Vance sat on the tribunal, alongside Lord Yohn Royce and Lady Anya Waynwood, that investigated the death of Lysa Arryn. During the proceedings he became aware that Littlefinger's niece "Alayne" was in fact Sansa Stark, but agreed to keep her identity secret and accepted her testimony that Lysa had committed suicide.
