Ser Willem Blackwood is a member of House Blackwood of Raventree Hall in the Game of Thrones prequel series House of the Dragon. A younger brother of Lord Samwell Blackwood and uncle to the child lord Benjicot Blackwood, he rises to knighthood and becomes regent of Raventree Hall, committing his house to the blacks under Rhaenyra Targaryen during the Dance of the Dragons.
First introduced as a young suitor competing for Princess Rhaenyra's favour at Storm's End, he later serves as a Riverlands ally of Daemon Targaryen, waging a brutal campaign against the rival House Bracken before being executed by Daemon at Harrenhal.
