Ser Willem Wylde is a knight of House Wylde and a member of the Kingsguard of King Daeron II Targaryen, appearing in A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms. A Stormlander born at Rain House, he serves among the king's sworn protectors.
He accompanies House Targaryen to the tourney at Ashford Meadow, alongside fellow Kingsguard Ser Roland Crakehall and Ser Donnel of Duskendale, and is commanded by Prince Maekar Targaryen to fight in a trial of seven invoked by Aerion Targaryen against Ser Duncan the Tall, which he survives.
