Professor Eulalie 'Lally' Hicks was an American witch, a Charms professor and Keeper of the Keys at Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and the author of Advanced Charm Casting. Sorted into Thunderbird house in her youth, she became a long-time correspondent of Albus Dumbledore, who mentored her.
In the 1930s she joined Dumbledore's effort against Gellert Grindelwald, recruiting Jacob Kowalski and fighting Grindelwald's followers in Berlin and Bhutan.
