Garrick Ollivander is the wandmaker of the Harry Potter films, proprietor of Ollivanders in Diagon Alley and widely regarded as the finest maker of wands. He is remembered by audiences for selling Harry Potter his first wand and explaining that "the wand chooses the wizard."
