Skender is a European wizard and the cruel, exploitative owner and ringmaster of the Circus Arcanus, a travelling magical circus and freak show that tours the wizarding world. Introduced in Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, he forces the Maledictus Nagini to perform and recruits Credence Barebone into his troupe.
