Old Gammidge is a Hobbit of the Shire who appears briefly in Peter Jackson's The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, seen at the market buying cheese while Bilbo Baggins shops nearby. Created for the film and portrayed by Stephen Gledhill, his scenes were cut from the theatrical release and restored in the extended edition.
