Andrew Rannells

Andrew Rannells, born in Omaha in 1978, is a versatile actor known for his sharp comedic timing and powerful vocal performances. After roles in numerous animated series, he broke through on Broadway as Elder Price in "The Book of Mormon," earning both a Grammy and a Tony nomination. His stage credits include "Jersey Boys" and "Hairspray," and his television work spans from HBO's "Girls" to the NBC sitcom "The New Normal." Rannells starred in "Bachelorette" and had a memorable stint as Hedwig in "Hedwig and the Angry Inch," before taking on King George III in "Hamilton." His recent work includes "Falsettos" and "The Boys in the Band," and he currently stars in Showtime's "Black Monday" as Blair Pfaff.
