Nora Lum, known professionally as Awkwafina, is an American actress, comedian, and rapper whose career took off with her viral YouTube hit "My Vag" in 2012. Following her debut album, she made a splash in film and television, securing roles in comedies like "Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising" and "Ocean's 8," before winning critical acclaim and a Golden Globe for her lead performance in "The Farewell." Since then, she has expanded her repertoire, co-creating and starring in the Comedy Central series "Awkwafina Is Nora from Queens," and voicing characters in several animated features. Her versatility and charisma further solidified with roles in Marvel’s "Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings" and a Primetime Emmy win for producing and starring in the TV movie "Quiz Lady.
