Bill Tung Biu, born in Hong Kong in 1933, was a versatile entertainer who transitioned from horse racing jockey to commentator, a role that catapulted him into the film industry. His career spanned five decades, marked by collaborations with Jackie Chan in the 1980s and 1990s, and notable roles such as Inspector Bill Wong in "Police Story" and a wizard in "Ghostly Vixen." Tung's final on-screen appearance was in "Police Story 4: First Strike" in 1996, capping a multifaceted career before he retired from commentating in 2000.
