Brad Renfro

Brad Renfro, born in Knoxville, Tennessee, in 1982, rose to prominence at ten when Joel Schumacher cast him in "The Client" (1994), a film that catapulted him alongside Susan Sarandon and Tommy Lee Jones. Though his early roles in "Sleepers" and "Apt Pupil" suggested a promising career, his trajectory was derailed by addiction, leading to a series of arrests and erratic performances. Renfro's twenty-one feature films and television appearances were overshadowed by his struggles, culminating in his untimely death from a heroin overdose in 2008 at age twenty-five.
