Brittany Murphy
Brittany Murphy, born Brittany Anne Bertolotti in Atlanta, rose to prominence in the mid-1990s with her role as Tai in "Clueless" and supporting parts in films like "Freeway" and "Bongwater." Her stage debut in "A View from the Bridge" preceded roles in "Girl, Interrupted" and "Drop Dead Gorgeous." In the new millennium, Murphy collaborated with Michael Douglas in "Don't Say a Word" and starred alongside Eminem in "8 Mile." Her later work included animated series "King of the Hill" and films such as "Sin City" and "Happy Feet." Tragically, her life ended at 32, with her final film, "Something Wicked," released posthumously in 2014.
