Eiichiro Oda

Eiichiro Oda, born in 1975, is the Japanese manga artist behind the globally dominant One Piece, which has sold over 523 million copies and secured its place as the best-selling manga and comic series in history. Oda’s work has not only defined the manga landscape but also placed him among the most influential creators in the medium’s history. Off the page, Oda married Chiaki Inaba, a former model and actress, in 2004, and together they have two daughters, born in 2006 and 2009.
