Graham Greene, a First Nations (Oneida) actor and recording artist, carved out a five-decade career marked by both critical acclaim and commercial success. His breakthrough role as Kicking Bird in Kevin Costner’s “Dances With Wolves” garnered him an Academy Award nomination, while his subsequent appearances in films such as “Thunderheart,” “Maverick,” and “Die Hard with a Vengeance” solidified his status in Hollywood.
