Ichiro Nagai

Ichiro Nagai, born in Ikeda, Osaka in 1931, was a prolific Japanese voice actor whose career spanned decades and saw him become a member of the Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society and later affiliate with Aoni Production. On January 27, 2014, Nagai, then 82, suffered a myocardial infarction while recording narration in Hiroshima, an event witnessed by a hotel employee before he was rushed to a hospital, where he died.
