
Jack believes that it is important to use film as a tool to have important conversations. A lot of his work centers around addiction/recovery, or themes that involve the need for men to utilize their privilege in meaningful ways. He’s a writer, director, and editor and a current student in Syracuse’s Film MFA program.
Born and raised in Tallahassee, FL, he has taken a long and winding path to filmmaking. He used to be a touring musician, and have lived in Denver, CO and Detroit, MI. He received a BFA in Film - Feature/TV Writing from University of Central Florida. He now splits time between Syracuse, NY and Denver, CO as he pursues indie filmmaking.
