John Edmund Mulaney, born on August 26, 1982, in Chicago, is a multifaceted entertainer whose career spans stand-up comedy, television, and voice acting. Rising to fame as a Saturday Night Live writer from 2008 to 2013, he co-created the iconic character Stefon with Bill Hader. Since leaving SNL, Mulaney has become a frequent host and member of the SNL Five Timers Club. His stand-up specials, including "Kid Gorgeous" and "Baby J," have earned him two Primetime Emmy Awards.
