Julian Sands, an English actor whose career spanned film, television, and stage from the 1980s, was marked by a breakthrough role in the period drama "A Room with a View" (1985), where his performance earned him widespread acclaim. Sands' striking presence and versatility saw him excel in diverse roles, from the harrowing "The Killing Fields" (1984) to the supernatural "Warlock" (1989).
