Keegan-Michael Key, born in 1971, is an American actor and comedian whose career spans television and film, marked by his roles in Comedy Central's "Key & Peele" and six seasons on MADtv. Born in Southfield and raised in Detroit, Key's background as an inter-racial adoptee informs his work. A graduate of Shrine Catholic High School, he pursued further education at the University of Detroit and Pennsylvania State University, where he honed his craft. His versatility is evident in diverse roles across "Wonka," "Toy Story 4," and "Pitch Perfect 2.
