Kieran Culkin

Kieran Kyle Culkin, born in 1982, is an American actor celebrated for his portrayal of distasteful yet sympathetic characters. With a career spanning stage and screen, his accolades include an Academy Award, BAFTA Award, Primetime Emmy, and two Golden Globe nominations. Culkin broke through in "Home Alone" at age eight, later gaining critical acclaim for his role in "Igby Goes Down." After a hiatus, he returned to prominence in "Scott Pilgrim vs. the World" and won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor in "A Real Pain." His portrayal of Roman Roy in HBO's "Succession" earned him an Emmy, and he has lent his voice to "Solar Opposites" and "Scott Pilgrim Takes Off." On stage, he starred in "This Is Our Youth" and "Glengarry Glen Ross.
