Lee Jung-eun
Lee Jung-eun, born in Seoul on January 23, 1970, is a South Korean actress who studied Theater and Film at Hanyang University before debuting as an assistant director in 1991. Her career spans theater, television, and film, with notable roles in "The Attorney" and "A Violent Prosecutor," and a standout performance as Moon-gwang in Bong Joon-ho's "Parasite," for which she won an Oscar. Lee's range includes voicing the pig Okja in Bong's animated film and appearing in popular TV dramas like "Our Blues" and "Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha." Beyond acting, she has mentored future stars like Ye Ji Won and Lee Eun Joo while teaching at Kookmin University upon recommendation from Professor Lee Hye Kyung.
