Marc Moreland was the co-founder and lead guitarist for the American new wave and post-punk band Wall of Voodoo. He was the sonic architect behind the band's distinctive, Ennio Morricone-inspired "spaghetti-western" guitar style, which heavily defined their signature sound. He co-wrote their biggest commercial hit, "Mexican Radio," which became an early MTV staple in 1982.
