Maxim Talyan

Maxim Talyan is a Poland-based Assistant Director working primarily as a Second Assistant Director, while also taking on First Assistant Director responsibilities. His professional focus is on developing clear production structures, maintaining effective communication between departments, and supporting the practical execution of the director’s vision.

Before entering the film industry, Talyan studied at university and worked as a school teacher, conducting classes in video production and music. This experience shaped his ability to organize people, communicate information clearly, and remain attentive to both creative and logistical processes.

After relocating to Poland, he began working on film sets, gradually building experience across different stages of production. His long-term goal is to establish himself as a First Assistant Director and take greater responsibility for scheduling, set coordination, crew communication, and the overall rhythm of production.
