Michael Dorn

Michael Dorn, born December 9, 1952, in Luling, Texas, is an American actor and voice artist, best known for portraying the Klingon Worf in the Star Trek franchise. Growing up in Pasadena, California, Dorn pursued a career in music before transitioning to acting. His early credits include an uncredited role in Rocky (1976) and a guest appearance on W.E.B. in 1978, which led him to study acting under Charles Conrad. Dorn’s breakthrough came with his regular role on the television series CHiPs, solidifying his place in television history.
