Mike Hagerty

Mike Hagerty, with his mustache and unmistakable Chicago accent, carved a niche for himself as a consummate character actor in television and film. From his improvisational roots with Jim Belushi at The Second City to his recurring roles as Mr. Treeger in "Friends" and a muffler shop manager in "Lucky Louie," Hagerty's career spanned over a century of credits, including small but memorable parts in "Martin," "Cheers," "Curb Your Enthusiasm," and "Seinfeld." His ability to bring warmth and humor to blue-collar characters endeared him to audiences, marking him as one of the few actors to appear in both "Friends" and "Seinfeld." Despite his prolific career, Hagerty's final role in "Somebody Somewhere" remained unfinished upon his death in 2022.
