Monica Barbaro

Monica Maria Barbaro, born in 1990, is an American actress who trained in ballet before earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in dance from New York University. Transitioning to acting post-college, she took on small roles in film and television before gaining prominence in "Unreal" in 2016. Her career accelerated with roles in "Chicago P.D.," "Chicago Justice," "The Good Cop," and "Splitting Up Together," culminating in her feature debut in "The Cathedral" in 2021. A breakthrough came with her supporting role in "Top Gun: Maverick," followed by starring roles in "FUBAR" and the biopic "A Complete Unknown," where she was nominated for SAG and Academy Awards.
