Pierre Niney

Pierre Niney, born in 1989 in Boulogne-Billancourt, France, is a versatile actor whose career has spanned television and film since his debut in the miniseries "La dame d'Izieu" at age eight. Notable roles include the fashion icon Yves Saint Laurent in the biopic that earned him a César Award for Best Actor, and Edmond Dantès in "The Count of Monte Cristo." Niney’s education at Cours Florent preceded his entry into the prestigious Comédie-Française at 21, marking the beginning of his acclaim. In recent years, he has ventured into production, co-creating and starring in the Netflix series "Fiasco," while also preparing for a significant role in a historical adaptation of Maurice Druon’s "The Accursed Kings." Off-screen, he is known for his partnership with Australian actress Natasha Andrews and their two daughters.
