Richard Armitage

Richard Armitage, born and bred in Leicester, rose from Pattison College to the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, where his training set the stage for a career marked by a mix of television and theatrical roles. His breakthrough came with Sparkhouse in 2002, followed by a pivotal role in the BBC drama "North & South" in 2004. Armitage’s versatility is evident in his portrayal of Shakespearean characters like Macbeth and Hamlet, alongside his work in films such as "Frozen" and a string of television appearances, establishing him as a figure of both stage and screen.
