Blind in his right eye, Lister's imposing presence extended beyond cinema into professional wrestling, where he squared off against Hulk Hogan in the WWF. His versatility shone in diverse roles, from playing the first Klingon to make contact with humans in "Star Trek: Enterprise" to serving as a bodyguard in an episode of "Matlock." Lister’s memorable appearances also included music videos for Sublime and Michael Jackson, and a cameo in "Austin Powers in Goldmember.
