Ramdha is a character from Star Trek: Picard, a female Romulan professor renowned as the foremost expert on ancient Romulan myths and the author of several books on the subject. She was the aunt of Narek and Narissa, whom she raised after their parents died.
Secretly a member of the Tal Shiar, the Zhat Vash, and the Conclave of Eight, Ramdha submitted herself to the visionary experience known as the Admonition and lost her sanity. Assimilated aboard a Borg cube and later recovered as a disordered former drone, she became a patient at the Romulan Reclamation Site. Ramdha was played by Rebecca Wisocky.
