Vina is a character in Star Trek: The Original Series and Star Trek: Discovery. A female Human civilian of the 23rd century, she was the sole survivor of a survey-ship crash on Talos IV in 2236 and was healed and kept by the telepathic Talosians, who sustained an illusion of youthful beauty to mask the injuries she had suffered.
The Talosians lured the USS Enterprise to Talos IV in an attempt to pair her with Captain Christopher Pike. She later aided Spock and Michael Burnham on the planet and eventually began a new life on Talos IV with a restored Pike. Vina was portrayed by Susan Oliver and later by Melissa George.
